Air-conditioned production and measuring room
Our production is air-conditioned — including the QC room. A constant temperature means workpiece, machine and measuring equipment do not drift; tight tolerances are held reproducibly and measurements are comparable.

How do I get a quote for CNC parts?
Two ways: online, you upload your drawing or STEP model in the calculator, choose material, coating and quantities and, after a short registration by e-mail, immediately see a non-binding price estimate; we confirm the checked quote in the customer portal. Or you send us drawing and quantity via the e-mail form — we usually reply within one working day.
Where are the parts manufactured?
In our in-house production, MTP-Engineering Co., Ltd. in Si Racha, Thailand — since 2004, with more than 70 employees and 78 production machines. Your contracting partner, contact and invoicing party is MTP (Schweiz) GmbH in Zug, Switzerland.
How is quality assured?
We are ISO 9001 certified (NQA, registration no. 49776). Production and QC measuring room are air-conditioned so that tight tolerances are held reproducibly. Every part is fully measured during final inspection on a coordinate measuring machine (CMM); you receive an inspection/measurement report with every delivery. IATF 16949 certification for the automotive industry is in preparation.
Who takes care of transport, customs and VAT?
We do. You receive the parts delivered to your door and duty paid, shipped CO₂-neutral, with a Swiss invoice — as if you had ordered in Switzerland. The quoted price is the invoiced price; there are no surprises with customs or transport costs.
What are the payment terms?
No advance payment: you pay 30 days after delivery, after you have inspected the goods.
Which materials and processes do you offer?
All common metals and engineering plastics — aluminium, stainless steel, steel, brass, copper, titanium and many more. Processes: CNC milling (3-, 4- and 5-axis), CNC turning, EDM, grinding, robot welding, assembly, die casting and inspection. Workpieces up to 2 m, from prototype to series.
How fast do you deliver?
Honestly: we are not the fastest. Production in Thailand and transport require lead time — in return we offer a good price with documented quality. We state the delivery date in the quote; MTP is the best fit when lead time can be planned. For urgent parts needed within a few days we recommend a local job shop.
Are my drawings treated confidentially?
Yes. Uploaded drawings and models are used exclusively for quoting and order processing and are not passed on to third parties. Confidentiality is also part of our terms and conditions.
How MTP strengthens your company — and keeps you Swiss made
Switzerland stands for quality. What many don't see: mechanical manufacturing abroad has caught up considerably. In our production, 90 % of all parts are made at least to the level you know from Switzerland — with an inspection report as proof.
We do not support the transfer of know-how abroad. But where the required service already exists at better conditions, Switzerland should benefit: your contribution margin rises, and resources are freed up for the development and growth of your company.
