Tool making with Japanese know-how

Through collaborations in Japan, MTP has acquired know-how in Thailand for the highest quality requirements. Our engineering team designs, produces and tests your tools at favourable conditions. If you already have a design, we build to it. Our technicians also support commissioning and parameter finding on site at your premises.

Series production and downstream processes

We are happy to take over the production of your die-cast parts as well. With our network and many years of experience we offer almost everything around die casting: finishing, cleaning, painting, inspection, assembly, packaging and shipping — further services by arrangement.

Specification

Together with you we work out the specification and prepare the quote.

Duration: approx. 4 weeks

Design

After approval of the specification we design the tool. You receive a finished design, ready for realisation.

Duration: approx. 4–8 weeks

Realisation

After the design freeze we build your tool in our production.

Duration: approx. 6–12 weeks
4

Testing & acceptance

We test the tool in Thailand and send you sample parts for inspection.

Duration: approx. 3 weeks
